Q May I visit the factory?

A: Absolutely! We’d love to have you visit our factory. To visit our Xiamen site, you can fly to Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport or take a train to Xiamenbei Railway Station, and we’ll arrange a pick-up for you.

For our Thailand factory, Suvarnabhumi Airport is the most convenient arrival point, and we’ll also handle your pick-up there.
Q What are the Payment Terms?

A A: Our standard payment terms are T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. We can also discuss other terms based on the specific project.
Q Is It Possible to Mix Different Products on the same Shipping Container?

A A: Yes, we can accommodate mixed product shipments in the same container to optimize your logistics costs, provided the total quantity meets our minimum order requirements for each item.
Q Q: What is the Custom Mold Timeline for Molded Fiber Products?

A: The timeline for custom mold development for molded fiber products is usually 20–30 days, depending on the complexity of the design and specifications.
